Responsibilities:
-Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee office activities to help ensure a smooth & efficient operation
-Supervise staff including PSR's, MA's,
-Schedule staff working hours, ensure coverage for all clinics
-Address patient problems/concerns
-Develop & implement office policies & procedures as needed
-Work with the providers & staff to develop & implement Quality Improvement activities, such as identifying & correcting workflow deficiencies, or improving quality of patient care
-Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
-Assume responsibility for any projects requested by the providers
Experience in a physician practice setting required.

Job Type: Full-time
